Citadel Manor is designed as a medium-scale residential tower consisting of approximately 160 units within a 37-storey structure. 


The building includes four elevators, creating a ratio of roughly one elevator per forty units. Parking capacity is planned at approximately 50 percent of the unit count, allowing accommodation for both cars and motorbikes. 


The project integrates residential floors with shared amenity spaces distributed throughout the building. Units are designed to be delivered fully furnished, allowing residents to occupy the property without requiring additional interior setup.

Citadel Manor integrates a refined selection of shared facilities to support daily living, recreation, and professional activity. A Japanese-inspired Zen garden offers landscaped greenery, water features, and quiet meditation areas. Wellness is supported by a Pilates studio and a fully equipped gym, alongside a rooftop infinity pool and curated dining spaces. Lifestyle amenities include a cinema room, VR entertainment area, cigar lounge, and art gallery.
